Married with two children.

Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1985 and to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1990.

Board Certified as a Wills, Trusts and Estates lawyer by the Florida Bar Board of

Legal Specialization and Education.

University of Florida College of Law, J.D., with honors, 1985; Wake Forest University, B.A., magna cum laude, 1981.

Member of the Florida Bar; former member of the Northwest Florida Estate Planning Council (Board of Directors, 1988-1990; 1992-1994).
